is all i can say...

I redid a lot of vacuum lines on my car over the past few weeks and actually now have my wastegate signal plumbed directly from the compressor housing on the turbo; this revealed a serious problem; my wastegate spring has gotten really saggy... it went from 6psi, to 4psi when i redid all the vacuum lines; and then to 2-3psi when i plumbed the wg signal; the spring was SUPPOSED to be a .4 bar

it was a serious letdown driving the car around when its only a little faster than stock; the car would open the wastegate at half throttle and it'd get loud as HELL

Today I installed a boost controller.... and now i'm running 8psi in 1st, 9psi in 2nd and 10psi in 3rd with no knock... i've got ignition dialed back 2 degrees from base timing

WOW; the car is EVIL EVIL now; and right around 7psi which i've never hit before it makes a really loud whistling spool sound; and at 10psi its making a turbine scream; its awsome
i scared the **** out of someone today when they were turning and i went by lol

whats weird though is after redoing all the vacuum lines and stuff; my blow off valve isnt NEARLY as loud as it used to be... very odd i think... it still blows off; its just quieter... no compressor surge or anything like that

its as loose as it can get; the Turbo XS Type-H uses washers to tighten the spring inside (its a piston-based valve)

ran a 350z convertible tonight from a 2nd gear rollon... had 4-5 cars on him through 3rd...

When I go to a clublexus meet, someone with an SC300 turbo is going to give me a ride, period.
