Default Some Info about SC300

I've been looking into teh SC300s. I was wondering about the trunk area. I currently drive the new Toyota Celica, and the rear seats fold down. I was wondering if teh SC300s did the same or had some kind of pass through port? Also if you know about how big teh trunk area is. Thanks.

It'd be a pretty cool mod if you figured out how to drive without a gas tank. Let us know how it works out.

Passengers love knowing the gas tank is right behind them

LS has the same gas tank placement. But it's a simple mod.

1) remove back seat
2) use a Saws-All to cut pass-through
3) Roll on ground to estinguish flames on clothing.
4) Buy new ES300 (wich has trunk pass-through) to replace destroyed lexus.

even though it's not pass through and it might not look that big, I was still able to fit a whole 30 gallon aquarium and its support <taken apart of course> in there.. it was the most perfect/tight fit I have ever able to stick in there

The trunk is actually a reasonable size. I can jam two hockey bags back there with just a bit of force. Unfortunately the sticks get stuck between the front and back sticks. A pass through would have been nice. I bought a Yakima rack for hauling my mountain bike and a Yakima box is on my shopping list.

The Soarer/SC has enough boot space (for me anyway)... on a recent trip interstate I had 3 big bags (suitcase sized) and a guitar; they fit in the boot with no problem.

Having an SUV would have been helpful for me today, I just brought my HT system. The box was halfway out my trunk!

The SC's trunk is large enough for a weekend getaway for two people. When I took my girl to Atlantic City we had more than enough space for luggage and shopping bags. Beyond that there's not much utility at all. But what do you want from a sport coupe!

LOL, at least you let people sit in your back set When I am going somewhere with friends I always say "Sorry only have room for one" Since I have owned my car no one has ever ridden in the backseats... Not enough room...

sure there is. i've gone 4 people with no problems... although it does add a lot of weight so performance is hindered.
