Question A/C problem = engine surge

Hello Everyone,
During a recent (and increasingly frequent) visit to the stealership, I was told my 95 (96K) SC400's A/C problem was normal. He said Lexus bought back "a lot" of 95's because the A/C demand signal to the ECU made the car jump forward. Any info on this. Also, not to complain, but I have 2 broken seat motors. Does anyone know where they can be repaired?
If anyone needs any feedback on other problems I have had the following: Defective PS pump and rack, altenator, radiator, A/C comp., engine dying, door lock motor, window motor, battery cable assembly ($240.00), 40 mph trans. lurching, and CD player. I have converted to the BFI and TRD filter, not much difference.

I have a similar problem, if it is a problem at all.
At a full stop when I turn the AC on, I need to put a little more force onto the brake pedal to prevent the car from moving forward. I've been told by the stealer reps that it is normal as well. I don't understand why turning the AC on would decrease the braking power.
