I have been researching aftermarket trailer hitch for our 2020 RX350 awd base model. We are not towing anything but just bike rack for weekend with our kids.
The issue is I'm seeing 2020 lower bumper trim is different from 2019 and before and most likely any aftermarket hitch will probably rub on the bumper.
Has any installed a aftermarketd hitch or OEM Lexus hitch can help?
I placed an order with U-haul for the part and fitment, and have an appointment date for 18th May. I had a date for last week, but the part did not arrive and so they postponed it.

I think I paid about $1000 for the OEM Lexus hitch with installation (including the electrical plug connections) on my new 2020 Rx350 at the dealer. It is a very nice hitch and, of course, is made to fit perfect. You probably get what you pay for,

Did they replaced your rear bumper lower trim and photos would be great. I do believe in oem fit and finish but if im not towing and just sporadic bike rack spending a grand is a overkill. Thanks again for sharing

I had the Curt 2" hitch installed on my '19 RX350L for about $400. They had to cut some of the underbody plastic to make room for the hitch. The mods aren't visible and my dealer has no problem with the changes. It's well worth it to mount our bike rack and a cargo shelf. The etrailer site has videos that show what needs to be removed - it's not a big deal IMO.
I too plan to just use it for our 2 bikes. No point in spending $1000 at the dealership for that. I don't even need electric connections for towing. Just a bike rack.

I hope your rack will fit as should but I believe the one you ordered also will rub into the bumper since our 2020 RX350 has a lower trim where the bumper and hitch so it will rub against it. I hope I'm wrong but check it once installed.
I actually bought it by mistake (mine is a 2020 RX450h F-Sport) and returned it because it would fit but would rub against the exhaust pipe or the hanger (can't remember). Then I ordered this:
Installation was a 1-hour 1-man job; except that I needed help for about 5 minutes to lift the heavy beast to the position. I had to cut the trim but you can't see the cut unless you are under the vehicle and look for it.
Does it fit? Absolutely (For RX450h, the suspension damper has to be removed. RX350 doesn't have such damper).
Does it rub against the underside of the trim? Yes for me. Likely yes in your case too.
Does the rubbing matter? Not to me. I don't think it matters to anyone else either.

So I took a chance and installed the uhaul hitch for our 2020 RX350 base and the hitch is way to close to the bumper. I'm not going to cut the bumper or trim it so now not sure I want to keep the hitch. You can see how the hitch just rub and put the bumper up for the 2020 lower bumper trim and not sure there is a oem motified piece Lexus offers for this. Since my Lexus will not ever tow and trailer I'm thinking using steel spacers to lower the hitch a little so at least not rubbing against the bumper.

I just installed a Curt 13272 on my 2018 RX350. Fits perfectly. Bought from etrailer.
Their site doesn't list any hitch for a 2020 RX350. So looks like you're right. The bumper trim must interfere with the existing hitch.
I'd either call etrailer or Curt and see if a new hitch is planned or as you suggest use spacers (i.e. large washers) between the hitch and car body mounting holes.
For use only with a bike rack I wouldn't worry about any strength issue.

The issue for 2020 might be the "kick" sensor under the rear bumper that raises the tailgate...which they moved from the Lexus logo.
If you order the 2020 with the OEM hitch, you have to delete the kick sensor because of the hitch hardware...
