Hello, can anyone tell me exactly what the wire should look like inside the MAF? Mine is not straight across as I think it should be. I just bought this RX last week. Thank you Michael

I am talking about MKenM....I know what OP is asking about. Some of the sensor wires are easy to see and on other vehicles not so much. Again, a picture by OP might be helpful. There are many pictures online of the components.

I've seen pictures of a MAF sensor and again I assume that is what the initials stand for in your post. If so is the car throwing a code? Why would you be looking at the INSIDE of the sensor? Just trying to learn.

wondering the same thing. I don't think that I have ever looked at the MAF hot wire on any of my cars. I think on the RX you have to rotate to look up inside but not sure. I love working on my own cars and learning how to fix vs paying dealership rates.

Hello, i bought the car last week and the air filter was pretty dirty. It also has a slight hesitation, I'm trying to figure out if it's the MAF or if its needing the transmission refresh. I cleaned the MAF and believe I bent the wire inside with the spray tube. I ordered one and it should be here today. I'll let you know what its supposed to look like.
