I have a 2018 RX 350 F-Sport AWD with 10,400 miles. Last month the passenger side front tire went flat and was not repairable. A new tire was put on by the dealer and eventually a new wheel - I have Lexus wheel and tire coverage and the dealer damaged the wheel when handling the new tire. After I received the car back, the car had a very bumpy ride when compared to how it drove prior to the flat. The dealer moved the new wheel and tire from the passenger front to the passenger rear. The bumpy ride improved but did not go away. I ended up replacing the other 3 tires to see if this was the cause of the issue so the tread depth would all be the same. The car is still riding very bumpy, much different than it felt prior to the flat, and it feels as if it is coming from the rear end. Nothing that i know of has happened to the car, the dealer is the only place it has been without me.

Any ideas as to what might be causing this? TIA.
have you checked the tire pressure ? Also what tires were on before they replaced them and which tires are on it now? By which I mean the make and model

I replaced the tires with the identical OEM bridgestones and I have experimented with higher and lower tire pressures. No specific tire pressure level eliminates the issue and, in fact, the lower the tire pressure the worse the bumps become, which doesn’t make sense, but does likely rule out a tire issue.
Tires are quiet and it did this with the old set and the new set, so I believe that I can rule tires out. When I am driving I can feel this constant bumpiness/bounce/roughness and it feels as if it is coming from the rear wheels. It feels as if the car is constantly on a very rough road, but it isn't, and I do not feel this from the front.

that sounds like they might not have balanced them. Could also be the alignment. Dealer changed my tires and my alignment went out after that somehow. Don’t ask how but it happened. My guess its the balance. Also, the Bridgestone ecopias ride like the car is on rocks compared to the Michelin’s. Night and day difference when I switched. Can also happen if they didn’t torque down the lugs on the wheel enough.
I had them road force balanced this morning at Discount Tire...not sure on the alignment, but could that cause what I am describing by itself?
I mean for the alignment to go out THAT bad after a tire change sounds a little weird. It would have to be pretty bad to make the car bouncy in the back but it could easily happen if the alignment is off as it would prevent the tires from keeping full contact with the road
