2021 rx350L,
After 4 weeks of vacation, I start my car and
Display shows secondary collision brake system malfunction, AWD system malfunction 2wd mode engaged, parking support brake malfunction, and I checked the code and I got P0328.
Is there anything else I need to check besides the knock sensor mentioned in the code?

Did you have it on a battery maintainer? Today's vehicles are notorious for draining batteries down over a couple weeks time. I would put it on a charger, bring it all the way up and then clear the codes. Then see what you have.
I left my 2022 Lexus RX350 for a little over a month. It started right up. OP. I would bite the bullet and have it towed in. It may be as simple as Lexus cleating the code, but you will have peace of mind.

and how old was you battery when you did that vs OP who has a 4+ year old battery? Besides that, OP also has ways to check codes and such from them reporting a P0328.
Check the voltage on the new battery. Sometime, they have been sitting on a shelf for a while and may need to be charged. If that doesn't work take it to Lexus.
^^ this.
next step would be to clear the codes and see if they come back. if they do then obviously check it.
is there any possibility of rodent damaged wire?

Yes! A car sitting idle for 4 weeks becomes a routine target for mice. They can get in the engine compartment, build a nest and start chewing on wires. Take it in and have it checked out.
