i noticed while cleaning my car the front right shock had a oily film around it, i also checked the left side front shock and it has a little bit of oil.
is the normal ? Or should i take to the dealer ? Front left Front left Front right
It's a sign they are on their way out. Oil is leaking past the seal pressurized by the charge in them. My passenger rear is doing this too. I'm planning on addressing it coming up.
In this picture, grease is migrating from the stabilizer link joint. I don't see good evidence in your pictures of a leaking strut, lift the bellows and inspect the top of the strut housing.
I agree pull up the bellows and look for oil. If it is leaking you do not need the dealer for this type of work. Find a great local independent shop. This type of suspension is very common, is on literally millions of vehicles and every shop knows how to replace struts.
If you want Lexus brand struts, just ask the shop to get those, otherwise they will likely use KYB which is an excellent choice and they are an OEM suppliers to many car companies including Toyota.
