hi, i have a 2017 2wd and recently it started vibrating while accelerating ONLY. i replaced the PS axle and it fixed the issue a little at lower speed (up to 60) but still vibrates at 60+ and gets worse the faster you go. I'm getting ready to replace the DS axle but wanted to see if anyone here had experience with this issue. i've done a lot of searching and it seemed to be a problem with the 2 and 3RX, but couldn't find and topics for the 4RX. i checked all suspension components (bearings, joints, struts...) and everything is solid. car has 105K on it.
the car is 2wd so no DS or U joints. i did check wheel balance but vibration only when accelerating wouldn't really be a balance issue anyway. all mounts are good also.

I'm taking car in Monday. Starting with Differential Fluid replacement. Will look for shaviings on on magnet on drain plug to see if gears need replacing. 2016 RX350 with 80k miles.
I encountered identical vibration issues on the driver's side when accelerating beyond 50-60 mph. Despite having the tires balanced, the problem persisted. I suspected there might be issues with the driver axle. Seeking a resolution, I visited the Southern California dealer, where their master technician spent four hours diagnosing the problem and confirmed it was indeed an axle issue on the driver's side. I would recommend to have someone drive the car with you to see which side do you experienced vibration and then fix the axel on that side.

How many miles do you have? Quite early for the axles to become defective.
Just an update. Finally got around to replacing the left axle and that solved the issue. now i just need to figure out where this vibration/hum is coming from right around 2000rpm. been doing it since new, i knew i should have taken it in then.
