I have a 2017 RX350. This morning I noticed that my steering was not correcting all the way after making a turn at an intersection. If I left it alone, I would have hit the curb.
Simple things first....check the condition of the battery. How old is the battery? If it's original, it may be time for replacement.
This seems like a suspension problem, not an electrical issue. Can you explain why you think the battery could be the cause?
Personally, I would be checking the inflation/wear of the tires, alignment and other suspension hardware. Sounds like time to visit an alignment shop or the dealer?

Because it has electric power steering and battery issues have often caused steering problems. That's why I said simple things first. If that checks out, he should certainly look at what you suggested.
I just started experiencing this on my '17 it was less noticeable on soft winter tires but now back on the Michelins and there's something wrong with the steering. It's very tight to turn while in motion, does not feel smooth and will not return to center by itself.
At first I thought maybe I hit a pothole and screwed up the alignment but this feels like something else. I looked at suspension components while I was swapping winter tires last week but everything seemed normal from a quick visual inspection.
