2010 Rx hybrid. I'm asking the question here since all Rx that year or later have the electronic steering. I just noticed this recently that when I grip the steering wheel on both sides I get a very very slight play if I try to wiggle it. I hear a small click sound on both ends when I'm pushing those ends as there seems to be a very slight play.
I noticed this recently when I was backing the car and turning the wheel. Is this normal or should I get it checked. Other than that it seems fine.

 

NickSP - This is not uncommon. Take a look at these older threads regarding steering noise. There is an issue with the steering column noise or play on some vehicles but it is more of an annoyance and not a safety issue.
