Default Navigation system
Navigation has ne getting off every exit on hi way. How do I fix this.

It may be set to avoid tolls. Check deeper into settings.

It was working fine.problems started 2 months ago.

I had the same problem and it was the toll road setting

Our 2015 Highlander did the same thing the very first time we used it. Never could get the NAV to work properly, so simply stopped using it. Agree that using your phone is likely MUCH better than the Toyota/Lexus NAV.

Route preferences are very awkward to set. I kept looking all over and then found out that you set a destination and let the Nav system find routes and then you SELECT the rout options ... like toll/hwy etc.

Route preferences can only be set when you have an actual route.
Day mode lights can only be set when it is actually night...
Automatic High Beams only work above 15 MPH
Automatic Sound Level doesn't change anything while stopped.

Default Navigation problem solved
Got my navigation working properly. Set a destination and it showed 3 routes and edit.Went to edit and hit toll roads.Works like new.
Thanks to all you guys for your imput.Couldn't have done it without you.
