Are you using an iPhone? I'm not sure if its apple products only but when my phone is on silent/vibrate, I don't receive incoming calls unless I see it on my phone screen and answer it. I mean the call is still coming through, I just don't hear it over the other audios. But as soon as I click the phone button on the steering wheel, the call comes through as normal. Maybe just a privacy setting?
