Hi All. I am a new Lexus owner of a 2013 ES350. I used the voice memo command on my iPhone today forgetting that the Bluetooth was connected and after that I was unable to end the "call". I deactivated hands free mode and closed the messages and phone apps but when I reconnected hands free the screen showed me as still being on a call. Neither "end call" icon - on the steering wheel or the display panel - would end the call. I ended up turning my phone off and on again and I disconnected and reconnected my phone from the Bluetooth.

Any help as to why that might happen or what steps I can take to avoid the same thing happening in the future?
