Auto Movement, Outside Mirrors
2012 RX350, When put in reverse the outside mirrors automatically tipped down. I liked that feature and it has stopped working. I replaced battery, do I need to reprogram something?

The "auto-tip" only works when the mirror selector switch is either in Left or Right settings, if this is off, the mirrors don't tip down. Just press the "L" button on the mirror selector, and the little indicator light by the button should come on, then you'll be good to go...
Just read about this, you'll need to start up the car, throw it in reverse, make sure the L button is on, tilt it to where you want it then throw it in park when completed. Test it by throwing it back into reverse to see if it worked. L button should still be on in order for it to work. Hope this works for you.
All correct and selecting "R" has the same effect. "R" or "L" enables the
reverse position, center the switch on models with a rocker or turn off
both lights on those with separate buttons. Your 2012 will just move the
mirror alignment down an arbitrary couple of degrees, later years will
actually permit a custom position by adjusting each side while in reverse.
The backing positions does not get included with the memory settings,
1, 2 and 3, all drivers get the same thing.
