Milestone, and a Question
So, the service list online for Lexus tops out at 150,000 miles (drivers.lexus.com)
Do I just start over from 100k? Or is there a secret maintenance schedule for Lexus that goes beyond the 150k...?
Service repeats.
Observe the interval between 0miles to 1st services [or between 1st and 2nd services] and then project in future.

I ask because there are things not on the list - like thermostat replacement. Water pump replacement. PCV valve replacement. Fuel injector replacement...
But I've changed coolant, brake fluid, oil & filter, transmission fluid, differential oil, etc. as noted.
During maintenance the mechanic should check items and replace anything that needs to be replaced.
Example, you will not see water pump replacement listed as maintenance replacement at any milage, but folks replace them based on milage. Same goes for certain oil seals. I generally refer to them as preemptive maintenance items.
It might be helpful if you would list which services you have adhered to get to 200,000 miles. I am very interested in finding what preemptive maintenance you have done over the years. Also was the 5K oil change with synthetic?

Our RX350 I'd do ATF drain and fill every 30K or so. Yes, I know what they say.
T-case, diff, I do at 60K as I use synthetic best i can buy fluid. So they last a good bit.
I do plugs every about 90K miles, I don't wait till 100K.
Engine belt had to be done at 100K or right before that. So it's due now.
I replace all filters on our cars with high air flow ones, so they are clean and reinstall. I found good ones from Skeptr. Fraction of KN cost and same quality.
You have air cabin filter that needs to be replaced whenever you start smelling outside. I do carbon filters, they last longer and work better.
Otherwise, maintenance is maintenance. Mileage tells what.
Parts replacement "just to"? Why? It's car, not Schwarzenegger. Don't fix if it ain't brok.

Of course the cabin and air filter have been changed. I get them at the local NAPA parts store, along with windshield wipers - change them once a year, so about every 25k.
I fix things proactively so I'm not stranded, 45 miles from home on a dark winter night. I'd much rather do so than suffer a blown head gasket, or blown tranny.
As Salimshah notes, it's pre-emptive maintenance; most of which has been regular fluid changes as noted above. (And I'm happy to email you my spreadsheet to see the maintenance list - too long to list here. Just PM me your email address).F250 - thanks for the suggestion of calling to see if the engineers have suggestions on longevity maintenance.
