Default 2013 RX 350 F Sport Chrome Window Trim HELP

I had major hail damage on my RX 350 F Sport (2013). The chrome window trim had to be replaced. When I picked it back up at the shop, I noticed the trim looks totally different. It appears thinner and not as dimensional.

Does anyone know if the F Sport had different trim that the standard RX 350?

The shop is treating me like an idiot! They did order the trim from Lexus, but I know it isn't the same! I purchased my car used, so it may have been an add on. I'm just not sure. It's hard to tell in photos. The trim also does not line up properly. I've taken the car back to have them fix it, but would like some opinions from other owners.

Any thoughts?

I would visit a Lexus dealer body shop and ask their opinion. Also check the web site for https://www.lexussouthatlantaparts.com/
and see if different part numbers are listed for the F Sport and regular models. Or call a Lexus dealer parts department and ask them as they can look it up quickly.

The Lexus parts person can look up the correct part. All they need is your vin number. If you need to know the correct part number and differences send me a pm with your vin and I will get my parts guy to do it...and we won't treat you like an idiot!

A picture would help if possible.

Default VIN and photo

Thanks so much for the help. I've listed my VIN below as well as a photo. This was a photo pre hail damage. I can also look up the part number they ordered. I did speak with the Lexus Parts guy, but he wasn't much help. He said they did order the part from them, but he didn't answer when I asked if the F Sport was a different trim package. It is difficult being a female dealing with car things at times. Every so often you get someone who things since you're a woman, you don't know anything! Very frustrating.

Personally I have dealt with both men and women behind the parts sales counter and I have nothing but admiration for their service and eagerness to help. We can have discussion about prices but that is s different matter altogether.

The issue at hand is making the interaction hard as it potentially challenges the integrity and or competency.
