Default Option codes

I am wondering if Lexus vehicles have an Option Code list like my previous GM vehicles had.

Not that I'm aware of. I've only seen lists of paint codes.

My former BMW and present MBZ use three-position codes for every option and package, and on user forums, those codes are bandied-around as if they were English descriptions many times. With Lexus, I've always provided and received full-name descriptions of the options in all the ordering, window sticker, and delivery paperwork.

Thank you Bert.

My RX350 is a 2011 CPO that I purchased in November. It didn't have any of the original paperwork with it.

I was hoping that there was a list hidden somewhere on the car or that there was a VIN trace that could be made??

I work for a Lexus dealership. If you can provide me with the VIN, I can run it and give you a list of options on the car that will include option codes. Feel free to PM me if you want.

AP = Appearance Package (fsport design)
CP = Comfort Package
LL = Luxury Package
NV = Navigation
PD = Premium Package with BSM (blind spot monitoring)
PM = Premium Package
TO = Tow Prep Package
EK = DVD Premium Audio for Nav
FT = 19" wheels
GF = HUD (head up display)
HL = HID headlights
HS = heated/ventilated front seats
JC = accesory connector
ML = mark levinson

there may be more. This won't tell you what you have though. Just the codes.

I see another response. Like offroad said, provide him with a VIN and he can look up what you want to know.

Here's the list for 2015 models. Many codes will apply to older models too. Sorry for the format. Had to print screen from a pdf.

Those are the factory installed codes. Some like WL for wheel locks are port installed and not listed in the file I have.
