Default Question on 2015 RX350 Navigation Option

Hi,
I am in the market for 2015 RX350. For me, backup camera is very important along with parking sensors. Navigation is not that important as I am happy with my Google Maps.

The navigation system MSRP is $1915. There are bunch of subscription services that are not appealing to me.

Given this, if I do not order navigation system, what will I miss in the quality of backup camera display ? I see 7" inch display with backup camera is standard. How does it compare with 8" display that comes with Navigation system.

What is the option - Display Audio Package [DA]

I would appreciate your quick response ..

Not sure about the difference in backup cam quality, but the DA is simply the input control (a round ****) vs the mouse-controller (Remote Touch) on the console. DA will allow you an alternative to the steering wheel controls and center dash console buttons to control your radio/music, heating/AC, and general vehicle settings.

Here's a pic with the Display Audio Controller vs the Remote Touch. The screen resolution looks full-colored and crisp on the 7", like on my IS. I would not be concerned with the backup cam quality on the 7" vs the 8" screen.

Backup camera's resolution is mediocre. Screen size won't matter.

I tried very hard to find a hybrid without a Nav. None hit our shores in this configuration, unless special-ordered.
The system is mediocre at best. I call it the frustration system. Some like it, though.

I didn't want navigation either. To me, the back up system works fine on my 2013 rx
