The interior in nearly every RX is like fine designer furniture to be seen, felt, and sat in. Why would you want to cover it? Just curious.

There may be some airbags to take into consideration too. They may not work properly if covered.

Some seat covers do have provisions for the airbags.

Forget the seat covers.
Sit your *** on the fine leather seats and enjoy the comfort.
Judging from the posts here over many years, there is no big issue with wearing out the leather.

If you just need something for the occasional time your clothes are really dirty, some Lexus dealers have a seat cover that slips right over the head rest. I noticed them at North Park Lexus in San Antonio a few months ago. They are like a beach towel, only very, very soft with a hole in the top. Also washable. You can slip on as needed which conforms to the seat. Has the Lexus logo on it, and comes in 3 colors to match the interior. They sell for about $30 for each. We don't use seat covers, but thought I would mention my Lexus gift shop experience. They also make a good Latte.

Check out seatarmour.com for what the previous post was talking about. I am getting a new 450h and wanted something that is easily removable for when I want to take my dog with me. It looks like it will be a great solution for that purpose.

I'd never cover up the fine leather seats in our RX, but you must be kidding with this comment. There are plenty of comments about the leather quality being sub-par in the RX. Cracking bolsters is a very common compaint. That said, clean and protect them on a regular basis if you want them to last. Don't cover them up like it's 70's vinyl.

It's possible the need would be for kids? I bought a throw blanket for the back seat bottom but it just moves all over the place so I'm looking too... All the rear seat covers I saw so far at the local department stores are full one-piece seat covers (bottom/back) which wouldn't work for the RX's 40/20/40 split rear seat.
