For the outside mirrors, the L/H mirror is fed constant power from the 25A FL DOOR fuse and the 10A ECU-B NO.1 fuse. For the R/H mirror, constant power is provided by the 25A FR DOOR fuse. Switched power is provided by the 10A ECU-IG NO.3 fuse for both mirrors.
The outside mirror switch receives constant power from the 7.5A ECU-B NO.2 fuse, which also provides power to several circuits.

Rearview Mirror Not Working
New owner of a 2010 RX350 (no nav). I was getting ready to hook up my dashcam by tapping the rearview mirror 12v when I had to stop because of weather, so I had to put everything back together stock. This is when I discovered nothing on the rearview mirror is working (which it did before). No backup camera, compass, or auto dimming light. The only thing I did was remove the wire cover, unplug the harness, and probe to try and find the 12v. None of the fuses are blown, no errors on the dash or ECU, all lights and other mirrors still work and the sunroof still opens and closes.
Has anyone experienced this? Am I looking at replacing the entire mirror? The only thing I can think is I might have shorted something when probing and fried whatever delivers power as I still don't measure any 12v at he mirror harness.

Might need to be a little patient for replies since you only posted last evening.
If you have a multimeter you probably could see if power is getting to the the mirror and narrow down where the problem is. I’d still suspect a fuse, possibly not looking at correct one or blown but doesn’t look like it.
You could search for mirror power tap threads which might give you some hints. Examples.

Thanks for the reply.
I've scoured the 3rd Gen RX forum and have already been through the links you provided but haven't found a resolution yet. I also thought it might be a fuse so I tested all of them and they all test good.

How did you test them? Which ones specifically did you test?
do you have a multimeter to test if power is getting to the mirror?
also can you post an image of the fuse map from your manual?

The issue is fixed. On the way home today I noticed the comfort seats (heater/ cooler) wasn't coming on so I checked that fuse. It was blown. Replaced and now everything is working again; comfort seat controls and the rearview mirror. So for anyone else experiencing this check fuse #6 under the steering column.
