I took my car for 50K maintenance. For some reasons, the tech tighten my Lexus logo cap to the Schrader valve (not sure what we call in English, we connect the air pump to this little unit to add air to the tire, man i feel stupid ) ) too much and i couldn't remove it without cut the cap into 2 pieces. After remove the cap now the threads on the Schrader valve messed up. Can't use the air pump anymore.
How can i replace this valve? Thanks

It is ruined; he probably used an open end wrench because the fancy Lexus ones are 5 side and overdid it. I would go back and let them know; they should at least remove, break down and replace the valve stem for you; maybe even give you a new set of Lexus covers if they are generous...they probably only get them in sets so hard to give you just one, sadly!
Are the valves part of tire pressure monitor system "senders" ? Don't they have to replace the whole gizmo or can just the Shrader be replaced? Sounds like a big oops to me.
