Glove box light

2011 RX450, Just went out to get may manual. I guess the glove box light is not installed anymore. I thought I ordered every option. Don't think My RX400 had it either?

I think it only lights up when the headlights are on.

Yes, It does light if the lights are on.

Just getting in the car in the dark does not enable the light..
