Dealing on RX 350
Hello all. In Minneapolis we have two Lexus dealers. Have only bought American cars in the past. What would be a resonable price off a 2011 RX350 msrp of 49,260. Thank you for your advise.

Checkout the following for sales trends. Getting at or near invoice would be a great deal.

There are some other thread people get this for 43500. Insist with this price, you'll get it.
I just got a 2011 with full nav option for 300 over invoice. I think I paid 300 too much but then it was not worth haggling any further. Do your own homework on invoice pricing before you go so you know the price points. Pay invoice.
It was the best car buying experience in my life. In fact, I can't imagine how they could have made it easier or done it any better. Respectful, kind, informative. Get this: I was buying this for my wife who had wanted an RX for some time. The salesman put a dozen roses on the windshield and told my wife I had called him earlier and asked him to do it. I felt like an idiot that I hadn't actually done it (sshh - don't tell), but he went ahead and did the right thing for me.
I don't begrudge them the $300 over invoice plus holdback. They deserved more in my book!
And no, I am not in any way affiliated with them. Just a very, very happy customer!

Well I bought one for the first Lady on Friday. In Minnesota we have the highest prices in the U.S. so it seems on Lexus. 2500 was the best I could do off. The tragedy in Japan will efect in stock vehicles. Also we have a auto show going on and that will raise the prices on in stock vehicles. Dealers don't like to discount. This just gives them more ammunition not to give better deals. So if your interested in a Lexus better think about buying one now because in stock cars will be gone. Thanks to all.
In December, I purchased a 2011 RX350 for $42.4K that had an MSRP of $49.4. This pricing was very attractive and I jumped on it. I'm not sure how much the December dealer incentives affect the sales price in California.
