Just wanted to show some of my light mods, thanks to all for the DIYs posted and bulb suggestions in this forum. Not everybody would like to have them as bright as these, but its personal preference.
Most of my bulbs I got from www.v-leds.com and just one i got from http://store.ijdmtoy.com/ I'm sure you can find other LEDs from ebay or other online stores that are WAY cheaper. I'm just too lazy to search anymore so I just used one source and besides all my previous purchases with them are still working after 2 years on the IS.

PARK LIGHTS (before and after)

Daytime running lights

I think this one will work too but i am not sure

Reverse Lights

Puddle Lights

Cargo/Trunk Lights

Door side markers

Footwell Lights

Vanity mirrors
http://www.v-leds.com/Interior-LED/D...-p5168709.html

Rear Dome Lights
this is what is used knowing that it is the brightest among the 194s but since the orientation of the bulb is pointing backwards when installed the light is not as bright

If given the chance I thinks this LED will be better since the lights are downfiring

Front Dome Lights (my favorite) (might be too bright to some)

Nice The lights are not too much. While it is whiter and brighter, it has a bit of softness. Gotta do the fogs and blinkers to complete the look

What bulbs did you use for the reverse lights? I haven't cracked open the panel to see what's in there yet. Weather and the holiday bills have been a bit of a deterrent

Nice work. What bulb are you using for the daytime running lights?

Great before & after pics!
Don't suppose you could summarize all the bulbs used/replaced, and where you ended up getting them?

Thanks,P.I did everything you did except the DRLs,cargo area and reverse lights.
Though my dome LEDs aren't as bright.
Any flickering with the DRL LEDs?

I'm surprised you haven't done the Phillips silver Visions in the front and rear blinkers.I did it and like the mod.

Its hardly noticeable, just by looking at it with the naked eye I dont see it but if I put my camera over it and look at the screen of the camera the flickering is there.

I actually installed that too I just did not post it since its not LED. Influences here are very strong especially if there are pics included . Im almost done, just saving up for the illuminated sills and JDM visors.

Tr3XX said the same thing about the flickering.A LED DRL Decoder sold on that site would stop it but I don't want install one.A VLEDS rep told me in an email reply that slight flickering won't hurt the electrical system.
I like the Phillips Silver Vision bulb blinker bulb switch over.Subtle but nice.
I have the white lit illuminated sills and they match the door panel and foot well lights.
You're right about forum and mods.

Thanks papaalex. V-LEDS is an awesome place for the LEDs. I've ordered so much from them lately I'm surprised I haven't gotten a "we miss you" e-mail from them

I'll probably get the reverse lights next, after I check the bulb. Lesson learned from the SilverVisions. Right bulb but they don't fit the front blinkers on my 450h

Thanks for posting the bulb info. Do you find the LED reverse lights brighter than stock?

Papaalex, Great job! Very nice looking lights!

One question, for trunk / cargo lights, I remember someone said 31mm bulb does not fit (too big), that person ended up using 29mm. Do you have trouble fit 31mm bulbs in?

at first it keeps on slipping off but I just did a modification by bending the metal a little bit to accomodate the length of the bulb (see arrow). For those who dont want to do this the 29mm festoon bulb will be better.

papaalex, I had the same idea when I ordered the 31mm for the cargo lights. But the bulb popped out when I flipped them on so I went with the 29mm. Fortunately V-LEDS has both sizes. They're out of stock on the reverse lights at the moment While the OE is bright, I didn't realize how bad the color looks.

Most of the bulbs are easy to change out and wow, what a difference it makes. Your pictures really show it off well. Thanks for sharing.
