Default RX 2011 tail light assembly removal

I am trying to fix my dad's Lexus 2011 RX passenger tail light he cracked.
I found a used one on eBay.
I see the bulb access panel.
Do I remove the entire assembly through there?

I appreciate your help.

Welcome to CL. A little search with the term tail light turns up a lot of stuff. As any car here is at least 8 years old, most questions have already been asked and answered.
Hope the stuff in these links helps you.

This looks like the correct video to remove the inner 2011 tail light housing. (2010-2015 Lexus RX tail light housing removal)

Thanks Again
