Asking for a work friend that I convinced to buy an RX350 (traded an F150 pickup)
She is reporting that a number of times when she has tried to put the windows down, that only the drivers window will go down. It isn't however constant, sometimes they work. While "not working", she tried operating them with the lockout switch in both positions. She did not try the passenger windows from their respective switches (I asked her this morning to try it the next time this occurs).
Has anyone experienced this before? If the passenger windows work using the other switches, would it be the controls in the drivers door that may need to be replaced?
I apologize for not searching more before posting my question. It seems that there hasn't been quite one solution for all in this, but what worked for me was:
1) From the left rear passenger window switch I pushed the switch until the windows was halfway down
2) Pulled switch up and held for 3-5 seconds
3) Repeated the above one more time on the same window switch.
I then tried all passenger windows from the drivers door and all worked.

All windows should be reseted (switches are blinking)
PS: There is "windows lock" button on the driver's door. Check it first (turn on/off).

It was bright out. Didn't notice blinking, but I suppose they were.
Thought of that as well, wasn't it. What was odd though with that switch on her vehicle was after engaging it, I was able to, from the passenger window switch, put that respective window down only. Up would not work. This didn't seem normal, on my vehicles, once it is engaged, the passenger switches do not work at all.

Yes, it doesn't seem normal. If window locker is "off" at driver's door then all windows should up/down from the switches at their exact door (even if the windows were not reseted).
