Headlight cover Replacement

I am looking to replace the headlight covers on my 2011 ES350 Lexus. They are yellow and cloudy. Can I replace just the lens covers? If so where do I get them?

After Sylvania restore kit use. The lens was very yellow and cloudy.
I used this kit to restore the lens:

Cheap and actually came out great.

I have the same kit in my aresenal though I have not used it. Any kit without UV protection will not last, which is why that kit is probably the best you can get for the money.
