Headlight Headlamp Lens Replacement Cover

Anyone ever tried replacing the lenses before? Do they come apart fairly easy, or are they going to require the oven procedure?

I have seen others do it with a heat gun, and then reseal with butyl. Pretty much need to heat and pull slowly.
