RX330 o2 sensor replacement cost?

You should be able to get a Denso on-line on Amazon for $50 or less, the special wrench/socket to remove the old sensor and install the new one is $10. Use PB Blaster to remove the old one, and use antiseize on the threads of the new one. Good luck!
