Unhappy New Key programming without master key

Hy everyone.

First of all, I apologize about my English . . . I'm french !

I post here because after I had read lot on the subject, I can't have an answer about my questions.

I'm a RX400h 2007 french owner and I bought it three years ago with only one black key with 3 buttons, fully functionnal !
My seller (multi mark seller not Lexus one) wasn't honest by mail and phone and after I spent 3 hours by train and one hour by taxi, he give me only one key and told me "Do you want it or no" . . . and I bought it !

In 2015, I tried to get another key with my Lexus Local Seller, but he told me he couldn't because my key is actualy known by "calculator" as a wallet one (not a master one) and so he couldn't programm a new one !
I tried to get one key with a local key store, and I've now a key without buttons and I can start engine with it but I can't switch off alarm with it so it is not very usefull.
I bought a new blank key with remote on internet that was cut by a key store but wasn't programmed because no one here can do it!

I want to known what can I do in that conext to have a new fully functionnal key with remote !

Thanks a lot to the community and thanks before your answer.

Regards

That's odd, the wallet key (not valet) should technically be a master and can program new keys, I have done this before. Can you try another Lexus dealer or a specialty locksmith?

I know this is an old thread, but I picked up a key, got it cut (my dealership would cut celery into key shape if I paid them for it), then bought the programmer linked from Ebay in this thread. The programmer's instructions were google translated into gibberish, so no help there really. I appreciate the OP posting his pages though, which helped me make sense of mine. They're identical except my instructions don't say to remove the programmer before programming.

At any rate, my security light blinks 3 blinks when trying to program the 4D chip. It never takes, so I imagine this is an error code of some kind.

The remote programming procedure works, but won't take a programming either. All my doors lock and unlock when getting the procedure ready, but then it never recognizes that I'm pushing the lock/unlock button to program it.

A few notes if you try this, you have to wait until the car goes through its startup procedure (dash lights, all beeping done and over with) before plugging in the programmer. If you don't, you'll get 4 beeps instead of 2 (or 3). If you put your key in and the security light blinks 3 times, it's not working.

At any rate, I think I'll have to get a locksmith to handle it.
