buttons not working

buttons not working
i have Lexus RX 350 2009 model gulf specifications, the volume button and the steering buttons is not working also the fm am buttons also the menu button only the mouse is working.
i checked the all fuses is working and i restart the battery cable and the same problem is still .
please advise
