Default 2008 Lexus 400h Volume stuck at 0

Hi, I have a Lexus RX400h, 2008 model. Here is a little background and I'm really hoping someone has a quick fix to my problem. The car sat for 3 weeks waiting for my appointment at the dealership to get my radiator replaced. Long story short the battery ran down and on the day I of my appointment it wouldn't start. I put the charger on it and jumped the car. On my drive into the dealership I turned on the radio, but there was no sound. Volume will not move off 0. Other than this it seems to be working fine. I can switch channels and mode but no volume. Lexus has tested the battery and it is fine. Has anyone experienced this before and does anyone have a fix? Before the battery ran down the radio worked beautifully, no issues whatsoever.

thanks in advance.

As a starting point....
I would verify the fuses, especially the one for the Amplifier, the jump start may have blown the fuse.
The diagrams below are for a 05 RX330, check to see if they match your Fuse Boxes: # 19 would be the first Fuse to verify.
