Default Battery terminals installed backwards?

Does anyone know what direct effect it would have on the car if you put the Positive lead car wires on the batteries negative terminal, and the cars negative lead on the batteries positive terminal? What fuses would blow or what devices would be effected? Thanks!

Default reverse current - not nice

more than likely, you would blow the fusible link (location normally battery cable) and if it makes it past that, one or two components along the way (radio fuse, etc) First step, find out if 12v-14v is making its way to the fusebox.

I did notice that the radio fuse was blown so I replaced it, that was the only thing I noticed besides the 150a alt & 7.5a alt sensing fuse(engine compartment fuse box). Are those related to the fusible link? How do you get the 150a out? I feel like i'm going to break it.

the big fuses are bolted in one both sides, unbolt and then pull up.
