Engine Air Filter / Cabin Air Filter
Can some one please tell me what are the requirements for changing "Engine Air Filter / Cabin Air Filter" for a 2005 LEXUS RX330.
is it depending on the Mileage?

Not really, the best bet is to remove the Filters & periodically inspect the Filters visually for dirt & grim at 4 -6 month intervals.
Sooner than later if you reside in areas with more dust.

In the 07 RX350 manual they recommend visually inspect at 15k as 05RX330 said, and then change at 30k for both. Neither are very costly so I usually change at 20k. I imagine the 330 calls for the same schedule.

It depends on driving mileages and circumstance, but both are inexpensive parts I change them when they turn dirty.
Cabin air filter runs from $6 to $15 carbon media
After 2 years 20-30K km driveway parking, I clean it each year and change it every two to three years.
After 30-40K km and clean @ 20K km, New air filter comes around $6-$9 each
Both are easy DIY but pay attention to installation direction.
