Would putting 20 or 22 inch rims on a rx 330 make the handling worse? Also, would the ride be rougher? It currently has 19 inch wheels with high profile tires. If anyone could post pictures of theirs with 20s or 22s i would appreciate it. Thank you.

You can go with a larger diameter rim, but you should then lower the aspect ratio of the tire to keep the overall diamter of the tire/rim combo the same as the factory spec'd tires.
You already state you've gone to 19" rims with high profile tires - depending on how high a profile you went with, you might already be over the recommended 3% difference from the original tire/rim combo.
Like I said, bigger rim should come with a lower profile tire. However, the lower profile tire would likely lead to a rougher ride as the lower profile tire can't absorb impact since the sidewall is so small.
Less rubber = handles better but rough ride. Then remember your struts may be is not designed for less rubber so there will worn out faster, because much stress on struts and suspension with less rubber
No loss in comfort with my 22's, and this is my 2nd set of wheels/tires (sold the 1st one).
I have a 2006 RX330 and i tried to put some 22's on it BUT they didn't fit on the rear because of the strut plate...what dd you do to get 22's on? are there some special type struts that would allow that space?
Just don’t put a tire that’s so big. It has to be under 29.5” OD to clear the spring perch. Lower offset is preferable too (35 and lower). RX300 rear struts allow for that size to go to just a little over 30”, but you need the correct end links for them too.
FWD rear struts are the same size, the above only applies to AWDs

Get the right offset.......Go w/ a 0 offset w/ a 9.5'' width wheel....I'd go w/ a 18'' wheel as that keeps the static & rotational weight down......Use a 255-55x18 or a 275-50x18 tire......
