Well when I got my new tires, WheelWarehouse had them at about 40psi. That was way too stiff for daily driving for me. Currently, I'm running 34psi in front, and 36 psi in the rear. So far the tire wear has been pretty even too. Plus I figure a new tire would cost me a lot less than a new rim. :-)

Default tires

Yhea when I got my rims they came inflated to 40psi unfortunatly after 3 days I had a bent rim and now waiting for it to get replaced. Would lowring the tire pressure to around 33psi make the rim less likely to bend?

Default rims

Actually I think it was on mcdonalds ave in brooklyn. I could be wrong. There are so many freakin pot holes in new york that I could be wrong. I have no idea how you drive on 20's in new york city. I am just hoping they fix all the pot holes in the next few months. Seems like we have this problem every year after winter. Hopefully will get my new rim next week and get the car lowered, and then learn how to avoid these damn things.

It is a ***** driving in NYC especially at night where u can't see the potholes. But hey, what can we do. Make our lexus look like everyone elses or make our lexus stand out with 19" or 20" jammies..

When you pass by CLUB EXIT (if you know what i mean) on a Friday or Saturday night and see ALL the people on line STARING DOWN your ride then you will think its all worth it..

Yup Yup, CLUB EXIT is the place to be either on Friday's or Saturday. Last friday they had the most people ever on a regular friday. They had 6100 people !!

I've been going there since it was CARBON .. back in the days.

I only seen 1 , just one GS in the past 2 years that has 20" rims (19 or 20's doesn't matter , almost same thing) that passed by the club.

haha, u should pass by their this weekend.. since I saw your pics, and your car is hot, GARAUNTEED girls gonna be pointing and calling u over bro !

Most rides people sport their is crap Honda's or 1992 BMW 325i's. Sometimes I will see some corvettes past by and lots of limos there.. BUT, if you have 19's or 20's , you'll be big pimpin..and are in your league of your own.

Try 33 psi on all 4, that will save you rims, suspension and (eventually) a lot of squeaks and rattles.
