RX330 Tapping Noise
I just purchased a Certified 2005 RX330 (56k miles). When driving 45 mpg or higher, there is a tapping noise that sounds like it is coming from the driver's side somewhere. It's not unbearably loud, but it's definitely noticeable. I've checked everything on the outside/inside and nothing seems to be loose. Does anyone have any suggestions on things this may be? It starts like clockwork at 45 mph and above, and stops as soon as I slow down.
I was curious about what CPO stood for and then found out. CPO stands for Certified Pre-Owned vehicle. The Lexus CPO details (this is for the US obviously - would be slightly different in my neck of the woods) are found here http://www.lexus.com/cpo/overview/index.html

Also, if you search, there is a lot more on this.

CPO means it is under warranty for a period of time. Just do not know what mileage and time period. Since you recently bought it, CPO, do not be shy to take it in for repairs. Lexus aims to please you. If you are unhappy, take it in.
