Fix the leak in the tire first, and see if that corrects the other problems...

On 330's the TPS reads off of the ABS sensor for tire speed differential. I don't know about the 350's.

RX330's tire pressure system is read off the tire rotation sensor and the RX350 is a direct system with a air pressure sensor on each tire.

Good advice but it always helps when you give the year and model. As suggested, the first thing should be to fix the leak and then, when the tire is remounted, reset the TPS.

I just took my 2005 RX330 into the dealer for the same problem with the lights. The repair was for a faulty stop light switch assembly (part #84340-0E020). Several people on the forum also complained of this identical issue so I would take it in for the service.

faulty valve on the tire. The dealer charge me 75 bucks (Inc Taxes) to fix it. The service was great, but i probably could have gotten it fix cheaper if went to a tire shop.

No, you wouldn't. That sensor costs a lot.
