Question how do I get the steering knuckle above the control arm?

I went in and replaced all my tie rods and sway bars, but now I'm somehow stuck with the knuckle far below the control arm, and the knuckle is also protruding away from the car a little bit. When I try jacking it up from the hub it violently shoots back down and seems dangerous. I still need to add my ball joints so I can't jack it up from there, and even then it still seems like a dangerous place to jack it from. How do I raise this assembly up to get it on the control arm?

You need to bend (well not actually bend but you get the point) the control arm down to meet the ball joint.

If the car is jack up on one side (right front as example with the left front still on ground) and stabilizer link is attached, you are fighting the force of the sway bar. Disconnect the one end of the stabilizer link . Once the lower ball joint is bolted to lower control arm & knuckle , then you can use a jack under the knuckle to raise up the unit up so the bolt in the stabilizer link lines up with the mounting hole
