Default Corroded Battery Cables

I changed the battery on a friends 2000 RX300. The complaint was sluggish start and they had already bought the battery. Now the vehicle is dead, did not use a battery tender, disconnected neg first and reconnected last. The positive lug had been replaced and the cables look corroded. Can I just replace the pair of cables? The part number seems to lead to a complete engine harness which is not an option. if I missed a FAC or Sticky please direct me as I did not find one except for a great one on replacing the neg cable on a LS400. Thanks
