Default Terrible vibration issue

I took ride with my cousin who I gave my old RX to. Car now has about 130k miles and shakes something terrible at idle. Everything in the car that can rattle, rattles. No misfire, and engine seems solid through the rpms, but at idle it's terrible. Worse with the AC on. Before I gave it to her I had all the engine mounts replaced and the front hydraulic with OEM. Car had about 112k miles at that time. So I'm very curious if you guys have any suggestions. Thanks.

What is the idle RPM when shaking? At what RPM does it disappear?

It idles at normal RPM, I think about 750-800. When you take your foot off the brake and begin to go. While running it's smooth.
Would the IACV really cause this much vibration? I remember trying to clean it a while back, but had issues with the screws, so I threw in the towel.

RX300's are notorious for having noticeable vibration at idle, but normally it is at the lower RPMs, like sub-700. When fully warm mine idles around 620 or so.

If my RX could idle at 750-800, I think I wouldn't notice it.

Silly as it is, but what kind of petrol did she put in? I had Buick Century accidentally filled with Premium petrol, it absolutely didn't like it.
Of course, the very moment I saw mounts were replaced....
EGR valve. Needs to be taken out and cleaned or replaced, along with adjacent piping.
MAF sensor. Dirty MAF will give you havoc.
Otherwise, you have timing issues or VVT-I issues. Or, petrol supply issues. How does it drive when given gas?
Oh, air filter?

So good to see a post from you! Reminds me of the good old days when Code58 was here.

How/why does a dirty IACV cause cabin vibrations? Simply low idle speed?

It doesn't. IACV will cause surging idle or stalls under load, but not vibration.

Have you checked the engine mounts?
