Default Intermittent vibration at idle, different to other threads

Hi there,
I have an 07 IS350, 105k miles on the clock.

At idle, the car (not sure if caused by engine) seems to intermittently vibrate. The car is not lowered, nor is AWD. It's very subtle, but still noticeable (see attached graph). The RPM needle shows no sign of dropping however, it stays exactly at 500/600 depending on A/C being on.
The engine seems to run smoothly during idle, i.e. doesn't feel like there's an imminent stall about to happen (like I've read in other threads). As far as I can tell, I can't feel any vibrations once I start driving and the engine is plenty smooth all the way to redline.

My mechanic seems to think it isn't a major issue at 105k miles, but I want to keep this car and look after it. It doesn't idle low, the vibration isn't continuous, but its intermittent and you can feel it on the steering wheel/in the seat. Under the hood, everything seems to tick over fine. If I stand outside while it's idling and my hand on the car/chassis, I don't feel any intermittent vibration similar to that felt inside, it just feels normal. I'm not sure if it's caused by the engine, because the RPM needle doesn't fluctuate at idle? But what else could it be?
What could cause the cabin to have such random vibrations?

Appreciate any help you can give!

Cheers
