Ok, so I'm back with yet another dumb question. This time is about bluetooth connectivity. Without me having to do anything with my car and phone, I used to get text messages appear on my navigation screen when ever i would receive them. My phone and car are paired and to the best if my memory no settings were changed both on my car and/or phone so why all of a sudden did it stop working? My car shows me everytime that my phone is connected via Bluetooth so not sure what's going on with that. It's not really an important option but nice to have it.

 

There is a thread in here about the limit of memory the car has and if your phone had a ton of saved texts for that person it wont load and alert for that caller.
delete you text history for that person and have them retext a test.
if that doeant do it, delete your phone from the car amd reset up the blue tooth connection and permissions.

Haha...thank you bro..That actually makes sense now that I think about it because my cousin hardly ever sends me texts yet here's would come through and I could not understand why. I will give that a try and see what happens. I appreciate the input.

That's awesome PunisheRCF. Florida sucks for having personalized plates. The license plate I have only allowed five characters. I have gave up after multiple tries.
