I recently noticed that the favorites (when you press the call button on the steering wheel) are now blank. I am not sure if this was due to the recent IOS update, or something gone awry with my phone. Oddly enough, my recent call list is still there.

I can't get the phone to add the favorites back on my RC. I've tried updating via the contact list option.

Make sure that Bluetooth is enabled on your phone. If your phone shows in the car delete it, and then on the phone delete the Bluetooth pairing for the car. Start the pairing over again, and there is a setting in the Setup on the car that you can make sure that it downloads the contacts and call history automatically. You can find it in the user manual or download the PDF if you haven't already done so and search for the procedure.

I did resync my phone and noticed the favorites now is a "star" that you have to check off in contacts in the car.

However, when I use a favorite to dial the call dials but never goes through. It only works when choosing directly from the phone.
