I'm wondering how I can remove shift **** to wrap the non-leather portion with carbon fiber. When I try unscrewing it, I see that the boot is attached and I'm not sure how to un-attach it. Anybody?

Well.. if you wanna just remove the shift ****, just push down on the boot and it'll come down from the shift ****

If you want to remove the boot completely, remove the whole center console and there are screws at the bottom which you can remove that portion.

 

im just wanting to remove **** but didn't know how boot was attached to it and didn't want to break it. Thanks for replying.
