Question about RC performance mods

Lead Lap
The performance mods I have are worth every penny. Don't get me wrong, my RC350 can be a beast under the right roads. I'm not going to win most drag races, not going to try, but put me on some back road curves and I can do some serious scoot. The power band of the NA V6 pushes from 4200 all the way up to 7200.
Not to mention these cars are beautiful.

I feel your pain. I special ordered my RC 350 while my leased BMW 435i was in the shop AGAIN! The 435 was quick and had some nice features, but in the end it just wasn't worth the hassle. I ordered my RC with the F Sport exhaust and had the dealership add the F Sport wheels, springs, and intake (all Lexus parts and fully covered under Lexus warranty). I can tell it's not as quick as the 435i but it sounds SO much better. Plus these couple of upgrades give it the much needed low-end torque that it lacked. I find it a much more rewarding car to drive, look at, and own.
I agree with you. In stock form it's not quite sporty enough. That was my impression when I first drove one. Then I drove one equipped with the equipment I ordered mine with and had to have one. I have no regrets. Oh...and it hasn't had to go to the shop yet! My one-year service in due in about a month and I will have the dealership look into a clicking sound from the front brakes, which I understand to be a known issue.
