Changing Lexus Default Startup Screen

it worked on my 2017 RC200T to customize startup image via usb stick, but not with my 2025 IS300 F Sport, go figure. Another thought is that the RC had the Nav, wonder if have to have the factory nav to do this or they just did away with it.
