The more pics I see, the more I REALLY like this car. I've always wanted a luxurious coupe but to me the lack of practicality was the ultimate luxury...I could see myself driving this.

Even the front looks better to me the more I look at it...

Thanks for the folks who replied about there really being an RC F. I was thinking as a devil's advocate what if those camo spy shots were really this RC350, then there's no evidence of a RC F.

But hopefully there is more evidence. I hope so, I have a 2008 IS F and want to upgrade.

Why, after so many years (last was pre-refresh RX), are we back to vertical spokes on the grille? Horizontal slats would add some elegance, which I think would be welcome for the non-F sport model. Something like the standard IS grille would have been perfect.

I am loving the evolution of fog lights here. Very cool, and the integration is slick.

Something about the headlights is not quite working for me right now, but I like the overall design.

All in all, this is an absolutely beautiful car. The lines and proportions are stunning, but that front end is just a little too much, I think. Vertical slits + splitting bar + mesh bottom part, all in one grille, is too busy. Too many lines, IMO.

I'd love to see Lexus stroke and update the 3.5L V6 a bit, for use in this car (and others, going forward).
Why do we agree so much lol….

And to think this is STOCK. I'm already thinking full BBK, lowered, Concave wheels, exhaust, maybe even fender flares…. Blackout the trim….

Looks great in every way except the front grille. What happened to the well-proportioned grille on the LF-CC? Hopefully it'll be fixed somewhat in the F-Sport version.

Seems the reverse light is now LED
Also just noticed the front brakes have Lexus written on the side.

Concept has F-sport grill..this car is not F-sport….

Also is it me or I find the production car better looking than the concept?

Yup, the RC wheelbase matches what the 2IS had.

My edit of what the front end should look like. I think it'd be drop dead gorgeous with something like this:

I'm assuming maybe since the grill is wider than the other cars, they went with vertical slants or it would look "too wide"?

It is confusing, then the GS should have kept its vertical slants as the IS and RX as you stated...

Thats what the front kind of reminds me of with the waterfall grille, a 1950 Buick Roadmaster:
