Carscoops lights are bad and it probably wont look like that... hopefully it will look like IS lights, with separated led strip... also the grille is too silver.

i have seen all the available videos and have come to the conclusion that the spoiler isnt active, but merely retractable. that is, the spoiler's angle of attack doesnt change on the fly, thus its not active. i assume that the spoiler automatically deploys above a certain speed, but its also plausible that the spoiler may be manually deployed (drive mode select?) because we have video of the spoiler deployed at low speed and not deployed at high speed.

also, there are 2 other features that have been mentioned in articles that i want to comment on, the "hood scoop" and the diffuser. it has been mentioned that the "hood scoop" is actually some sort of inlet to route air underneath the car. from just looking at pics, this looks unlikely. its probably just a heat extractor. as for the car having a real diffuser, again just looking at pics, it doesnt look like there is a functional diffuser. the supposed GSF prototype however clearly had a real diffuser. perhaps its the GSF and not the RCF that will have this inlet to feed the real diffuser?

the carscoops render is spot on in every detail. if you look at the spy shots in high res you will see all the hidden details that they have managed to capture. both the front and rear lights are probably correct. the spyshots show a very close to production model. what you see in the render is most likely what it'll look like.

I believe comparing the RCF to the forthcoming M4 is a poor comparison as the M4 will be significantly underpowered, IMO.

Of all of the spy shots, videos, renderings, etc that have been posted, that YouTube vid above is the first one that has me thinking him... do I [i]really[i] need 4 doors?? I mean, the kids are small enough to be comfortable in the back seats.

 

^^ esp if it is based off the GS platform (shorter wheelbase than the GS but longer than the IS). i've also been thinking 'coupe' lately... haha
